1.蜗杆污泥脱水机开机前的检查和准备工作

1) Check if all the mud pipes, chemical pipes and fresh water pipes are clear, and make sure all the valves are open and free from obstruction.

2) Check whether the oil level in the cooling oil tank is within the specified range, and if the oil level is too low, immediately replenish it to the specified level.

3) Ensure that there are no idle objects around and on top of the deslimer.

4) Open the valve of clear water, ensure that the FRP clear water tank is full of water, and turn on the clear water centrifugal pump.

5)Inject clear water into the melt tank and add amide evenly at the same time, and configure 2‰ of liquid according to 70kg of amide per tank.

6) Turn on the slurry pump in the sludge pump room, if necessary, turn on the jumping screen on the sludge transfer tank and turn on the submersible mixer to ensure that the transfer tank is filled with sludge and stirred evenly.

 

2. Start-up process and inspection

1) Power up the main electrical panel and make sure all small switches in the panel are open. After checking, turn off the electrical panel.

2) Check if all inverters and flow meters have power.

3) Press the power on key (Dec. Start), the key indicator lights, at this time, the bright main and secondary motors have not started, only the small oil pump to start, the machine into the pre-lubrication stage, the time for 600 seconds for this period, immediately check the following: 1, check the oil tank above the two sections of the transparent oil return pipe whether there is oil return 2, check whether the oil level is higher than the minimum level. 3, check whether there is pressure in the water pressure gauge at the cooling water solenoid valve, and the pressure is 2 kg (when adjusting, the green knob right to increase pressure, left to decrease pressure). 4, check whether the oil pump has a strange sound and whether the oil circuit is leaking oil.

4) After 600 seconds, the machine enters the start-up phase, that is, the main and sub-motors slowly rise from 0 speed to the normal speed of about 2600 rpm for 480 seconds. At this stage, immediately check the following: 1) On the main screen, check whether the motor current, speed and differential speed changes are normal. 2) Under the temperature and vibration screen, check whether the temperature and vibration display of solid phase end and liquid phase end are normal.

5) After the start-up is finished, the machine enters the pending production state. Turn on the shaftless screw and belt conveyor and check if it is normal. Check if the cooling water solenoid valve indicator is lit and the solenoid valve is open.

6)Press Prod Start key, the key indicator light is on and the machine enters into production. Turn on the medicine pump key first, and then turn on the mud pump key after 1 minute. Observe the flow rate of drug pump and mud pump on the main screen, press and hold the increase/decrease button, and adjust to within the process requirements. When adjusting the mud pump, it must be done slowly and always observe the change of torque, and never allow the torque to change too violently.

 

3. Inspection of normal production process

1) Under the main screen, check whether the motor current, speed and differential speed are stable, whether the flow rate display is stable, and whether the torque changes smoothly between 35 - 50% (the differential speed must be adjusted in time to keep it within this range).

2) Under the temperature and vibration screen, check whether the temperature and vibration display of solid phase end and liquid phase end are normal

3)On-site check whether the shaftless screw and belt conveyor are running normally and whether the vibration of the machine is strong by hand

4)On-site check whether there is oil seepage and oil dripping from both ends of Volute screw sludge dewatering machine, whether the cooling water pipeline is leaking, whether the water pressure is normal, and whether the cooling water is non-stop at all times when the machine is on.

5)Check the water quality and quality of mud cake on site

6)On-site check whether each medicine pump, mud pump, sludge crusher, submersible mixer and clear water pump are normal.

7) On-site check whether the sludge transfer tank and collecting pool level are within the specified range, and whether the deslimer discharge water concentration tank is normal.

 

4.Abnormal situation and treatment

1) When the torque reaches 70%, press Prod/H2O Stop, the indicator light will be on and the production will end. The indicator light will be on and the Volute screw sludge dewatering machine will enter the production state and feed mud and medicine normally.

2) When the water is turbid, the amount of mud feeding should be reduced, when the water is clear but there is a lot of viscous foam, the amount of mud feeding should be increased or the amount of drug feeding should be reduced.

3) When there is abnormal sound or danger, stop Volute screw sludge dewatering machine immediately.

4) When there is an alarm, ACK will light up and the corresponding alarm message will appear on the screen, so you should immediately find the cause and take corresponding measures, then press ACK to eliminate the alarm. If the corresponding alarm cannot be eliminated, immediately notify the electrician or professional personnel to eliminate.

 

5. Regular inspection and maintenance

1) Every 1000 hours of operation, the main and sub-motor bearings of the centrifuge should be filled with 2 grams of special grease.

2) Every two weeks, unscrew the valve at the bottom of the oil tank and release a small amount of oil to check whether there is water in the oil, and if there is water, the manufacturer should be notified immediately to replace the liquid phase end oil seal.
